As Web and Digital Media Design Specialist at Rider University, I led UX, content strategy, and component design improvements across rider.edu. Working within the university’s Drupal CMS, I collaborated closely with developers and content owners to modernize pages, improve clarity for prospective and current students and families, and ensure ADA/WCAG compliance across components.
Key contributions:
*Improved user flow and clarity on high-traffic pages
*Redesigned the homepage hero with clearer CTAs and modern visual structure
*Enhanced the Program Finder tool to help prospective students browse majors easily
*Rebuilt tuition & fees tables for better readability and mobile responsiveness
*Improved search results with visual previews of key pages
*Designed a flexible full-width content block used across the site for more consistent layouts
